1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of MentoroidX products and services, including course package purchases made through this website.

2. Official course delivery (PECB)

Official e-learning delivery, course access, exam booking, and certification requirements are provided and administered by the official course provider (e.g., PECB) after enrolment is confirmed. MentoroidX is not the official course provider unless explicitly stated.

3. Independent learner support (MentoroidX)

MentoroidX may provide independent learner support tools (e.g., exam prep app, AI trainer, practice materials, reference manuals). These tools are independent resources and are not official course materials and do not replace official e-learning or examinations.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

MentoroidX tools are provided for training and study support. We do not guarantee exam outcomes, certification, employment outcomes, or specific results.

5. No refunds (MentoroidX purchases)

All purchases are final. MentoroidX does not provide refunds for any purchases.

6. Official course refunds (subject to provider terms)

Refunds (if any) for official course enrolments are subject to the official provider’s terms and conditions. The final decision on any refund request is made by the official provider (e.g., PECB). MentoroidX cannot override provider decisions.

7. Licence and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, purchased materials and access are for single-organisation internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or used to create derivative commercial products.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, services, or tools (including attempts to bypass access controls, abuse rate limits, or reverse-engineer protected content).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentoroidX and IKNR Investments Pty Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the site, tools, or third-party course delivery.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
